  • Fri Jun 24 15:51:56 EDT 2005 The COPY ENGINE for 'scp' is available for download.
    This package is dedicated for bulk data transfer for personal use. Bulk data transfer means that you need to transfer the data from one host to another one and your data consisting of many files: many tens, hundreds, thousands. At the same time you need to use 'scp' (for example behind the firewall). Advantages:
    • very configureable;
    • multi stream data transfer;
    • high reliability (after transfer every file the control sums is checking on source end and target end of the data transmission);
    • the html page is building up at any host where you like to show the current status of the data transfer;
    • failover procedures.
    For download
    ftp://ram3.chem.sunysb.edu/pub/COPYENGINE/SCP/SCP.tgz
